Who Is Adding Value To Your N80 Experience?

I noticed an interesting post on the Tommi's s60 Application Blog regarding an article from the MobileUserExperience.com. The article talks about how mobile operators were not providing the author with true value added services.

The author recently purchased an N80 and the crux of the article is about where he derives the true value add from the mobile user experience (ie: not from his mobile operator).
